PRESIDENT ASLAN BZHANIA SUBMITTED A PACKAGE OF DOCUMENTS ON STRENGTHENING RESPONSIBILITY FOR ILLEGAL CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING TO THE PARLIAMENT

Sukhum. January 26, 2021. Apsnypress. President Aslan Bzhania submitted for consideration to the Parliament a package of documents on strengthening measures of responsibility for illegal cryptocurrency mining.

Namely, the draft RA Law “On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Abkhazia on Administrative Offenses”;

the draft RA Law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Abkhazia".

This project envisages making amendments to the RA Criminal Code and RA Criminal Procedure Code.
