“In January, consumption in the republic was 380 megawatts, today this figure has reached 485 megawatts. All substations are operating at their limit, above the rating, risking equipment failure. The consumers of substations "Sukhum-2", "IEPIT", "Baslata" are already experiencing inconveniences as a result of overloading. We will be forced to impose restrictions on consumption if such high loads remain,” said Mikhail Logua, General Director of Chernomorenergo.

RUE "Chernomorenergo" has set permissible limits for the period of repair of the Ingur HPP, taking into account possible peak loads, as well as taking into account the resumption of electricity consumption by educational institutions.
