"On March 3, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will meet with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia. He will be in Moscow on a working visit. The conversation is expected to exchange views on key issues of bilateral relations and foreign policy coordination in the international arena," she said on Friday at the briefing.

As Zakharova noted, friendly Russian-Abkhaz relations are based on the principles of alliance, strategic partnership, have a solid legal basis and are not subject to conjuncture.
