On the part of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Republic of Abkhazia, the conference was attended by Acting Minister of Taxes and Levies Merab Logua, Head of Information Technology Department Temur Kubrava and Head of Legal Department Batal Tsargush. On the part of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, the conference was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volvach.
Volvach presented his Abkhaz collegues a number of software products of the Federal Tax Service. In particular, they talked about the use of online cash registers, its successful implementation in Russia, major breakthroughs in terms of accounting for turnovers from small to large businesses, etc.
Volvach also presented the ASK VAT system (automated value added tax control system). The system allows you to control all transactions for the deduction or refund of VAT in the implementation of trade and business operations. This system is based on software that allows you to track "risk zones" to promptly resist the commission of dubious transactions and fraud in the field of VAT. ASK VAT made it possible to process more VAT declarations and spend much less time on it.
In addition, the registry office system was demonstrated as part of the program control of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, which reflects data from 1926. This program allows you to conduct state monitoring of registration data of acts of civil status throughout Russia.
In general, the software and information infrastructure of the Federal Tax Service of Russia is an advanced and serious help in the implementation of various state programs at the federal level.
Volvach also expressed readiness for cooperation between the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Taxes and Levies of the Republic of Abkhazia for the implementation of similar programs, as well as improving the tax administration systems in the Republic of Abkhazia.
