Currently there are 155 patients at Gudauta Covid Hospital, 138 of them have been diagnosed with COVID-19. The number of seriously ill patients decreased to 15 people, the health status of 35 patients is of moderate severity. 3 people were discharged after treatment. In total, 21 people were taken to Gudauta hospital on October 9.

The total number of detected cases of coronavirus in Abkhazia today is 2,170 people. Of these, 814 recovered, 21 died. Two people who were on outpatient treatment and refused hospitalization died from bilateral polysegmental pneumonia.
