Currently there are 121 people are in Gudauta Central Hospital, 103 of them with COVID-19 diagnosis. There are 21 people in serious condition,  27 patients of moderate severity. 10 people were discharged.

A patient born in 1932, died in Gudauta hospital. He was diagnosed with coronavirus infection and bilateral polysegmental pneumonia. Despite all the measures taken, the patient died from an increase in respiratory and heart failure on November 3. The man had concomitant somatic diseases.

There are 33 patients with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in Sukhum Infectious Hospital, the health of one person is severe.

The mobile multidisciplinary hospital deployed in Sukhum is treating 61 patients with confirmed coronavirus infection. 56 patients are of moderate severity, 5 people in serious condition.

A patient born in 1936, died with severe coronavirus infection and community-acquired bilateral polysegmental pneumonia in a mobile hospital. The woman had severe concomitant somatic diseases. The patient received the necessary treatment in full but, despite this, the woman died of cardiovascular and respiratory failure on November 2.

The total number of coronavirus cases identified in Abkhazia today is 4505 people. 47 deaths. 2440 have recovered.

The operational headquarters calls on the citizens of Abkhazia to observe all necessary precautions to avoid infection.
