Currently, there are 83 people in Gudauta Hospital, 74 of them have with COVID-19 diagnosis. There are 22 people in  serious condition, 18 patients are of moderate severity.

A patient born in 1965 died at Gudauta hospital on November 18. She was confirmed to have a coronavirus infection with complications - severe bilateral polysegmental pneumonia. Despite the ongoing therapy, the woman died of cardiovascular and pulmonary insufficiency.

A patient born in 1941 died in Gudauta hospital. He was admitted to a medical facility on November 9 with a diagnosis of COVID-19 and bilateral polysegmental pneumonia. The man received the necessary medical attention, but despite this he died on the night of November 17.

There are 29 patients with confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 in Sukhum infectious hospital, three patients are in serious health condition.

The mobile multidisciplinary hospital deployed in Sukhum is treating 37 patients with confirmed coronavirus. 32 patients are of moderate severity, 5 people are severe.

The total number of detected cases of coronavirus in Abkhazia today is 5278 people. 67 deaths. 3608 people recovered.

The operational headquarters calls on the citizens of Abkhazia to observe all necessary precautions to avoid infection.
