The congratulatory address reads:

“Dear Mr. President!

On behalf of the people of Abkhazia and on my own behalf, I congratulate the people of the Syrian Arab Republic on the 75th anniversary of Independence.

The Syrian people faced many trials during this period, but always defended their sovereignty with honor and dignity. The Syrian people today inspired by the deeds of their ancestors continue their heroic struggle for peace.

The Abkhaz and Syrian peoples are united by long-standing bonds of friendship, despite the fact that less than three years have passed since the establishment of diplomatic relations between our states.

Our people highly appreciate the dynamically developing political dialogue and sincere friendship between our countries. I am confident that cooperation between Abkhazia and Syria will continue to actively develop basing on mutual trust and common values.

It is especially pleasant that our political dialogue is complemented by the development of contacts between scientists, education, business, tourism, culture, sports and many other areas.

Dear President, taking this opportunity, I wish you inexhaustible health and success in your activities for the benefit of the people of the Syrian Arab Republic, and the people of Syria - peace and prosperity at this crucial time.
