“Your Excellency Mr. President, allow me on behalf of the people of the Republic of Abkhazia and on my own behalf, to express condolences in connection with the death of Syrian citizens as a result of the explosion in the port of Beirut, Lebanon. 

The people of the Republic of Abkhazia share the grief of this tragedy, the consequences of which will be a difficult test not only for the Middle East region, but also for the whole world.

I wish great courage and resilience to the families and loved ones of the victims, and a speedy recovery to all those affected. Please accept the assurances of my deepest respect for you. "
