KHIBLA GERZMAVA IS AWARDED WITH THE STATE AWARD OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Sukhum. June 9, 2021. Apsnypress. People's Artist of Russia and Abkhazia Khibla Gerzmava is awarded the State Prize of the Russian Federation for her contribution to development of domestic and world opera arts.

The presentation of state prizes by President Vladimir Putin will take place in Kremlin on the occasion of the Day of Russia - June 12.

The State Prize is the highest recognition of the merits of scientists and cultural workers before society and the state. It is the main Russian prize, having inherited this name from the State Prize of the RSFSR in 1992.
