Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia Kristina Ozgan and Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov signed a Memorandum of Cooperation in program-targeted management development on July 8. The event was held in Moscow as part of program for formation of a common socio-economic space and harmonization of the two countries legislations.
The memorandum assumes several areas of cooperation between the ministries, including the exchange of information and experience in development, implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of government programs, as well as improving the level of specialists.
The parties agreed to hold regular working meetings of experts and delegations and organize conferences, symposia and seminars. The ministries will conduct joint research and exchange specialists.
