The Russian delegation is headed by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Dmitry Volvach and Deputy Minister of Energy Yevgeny Grabchak.

As the RA Cabinet of Ministers reported, there were discussed issues of financial assistance for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Abkhazia, implementation of agreements concluded in the development of the Russian-Abkhaz interstate Treaty on Alliance and Strategic Partnership, Investment program to promote the social and economic development of the RA.

The parties also discussed issues of harmonization of the legislation of the two countries and instruments for ensuring energy security in the republic.
