The Presidential Office of the Russian Federation held consultations on the Program of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Abkhazia. The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Abkhazia Valery Papba and Deputy Prime Minister Christina Ozgan.

A meeting with Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Yevgeny Grabchak was devoted to topical energy issues.

Representatives of the Abkhaz side held negotiations with representatives of the Joint Stock Company Gazprom Promgaz on the development of the General Scheme for Gas Supply and Gasification of the Republic of Abkhazia, which is the contractor for this project.

Christina Ozgan and Valery Papba also met with a potential investor in the project for reconstruction of the airfield infrastructure facilities of the Sukhum International Airport named after Vladislav Ardzinba and held consultations on the resumption of air traffic.

Also in Moscow, Ozgan met with the First Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Andrey Ivanov. They substantively discussed possibilities of legal regulation in the field of protection and encouragement of investment, contributing to the implementation of new investment projects in Abkhazia. Also, in the context of consultations in the Ministry of Economic Development, Christina Ozgan and Deputy Minister of Economic Development Dmitry Volvach discussed issues related to the "Program of harmonization of the legislation of the Republic of Abkhazia with the legislation of the Russian Federation", as well as issues of the "Investment program to promote the socio-economic development of the Republic of Abkhazia for 2023-2025. ".
