Heads of Gosstandart informed First Deputy Prime Minister about the current work and plans for the future. They also discussed the problem of importing products into Abkhazia that do not meet the established standards, violation of the rules of transportation, labeling and expired shelf life.
According to the leadership of the Gosstandart, there were also cases of import into the country of children's toys made in the DPRK, made of low-quality plastic that could harm health.
Dzhopua recommended the leadership of the committee to direct all efforts to excluding cases of such violations, thereby protecting the population of Abkhazia from the import of products and goods hazardous to health.
