The Abkhazian delegation will be headed by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia Christina Ozgan.

The meeting will also be attended by representatives of RUE Chernomorenergo: First Deputy General Director Zurab Bagapsh, chief engineer Timur Katsiya, head of the operational dispatching service Guram Dzhadzhaya and director of SUES Timur Dzhindzholia.

The parties plan to discuss in detail the issues of supplying electricity from Russia to Abkhazia during the period of shortage and the results of a technical audit conducted by Russian experts.

Uninterrupted supply of electricity from Russia will be carried out during the entire period of repair work on the diversion tunnel. In this regard, it is planned to shutdown five units of the Ingur HPP in 2021.
