A patient born in 1976 with bilateral polysegmental pneumonia was delivered to Gudauta hospital on October 13. The patient has a confirmed coronavirus infection. The woman died on October 29 from acute cardiopulmonary failure, against the background of acute hypoxia caused by coronavirus infection, despite the intensive therapy.

The mobile multidisciplinary hospital deployed in Sukhum is treating 55 patients with confirmed coronavirus diagnosis. The state of health of 51 patients is of moderate severity, 4 people are in serious condition.

 There died a patient in a mobile hospital on October 29.The man died from an increase in respiratory and heart failure, despite the ongoing intensive treatment.

The total number of detected cases of coronavirus in Abkhazia today is 4126 people. 38 deaths. 2170 recovered. 11 people were taken to Gudauta hospital during the day.
