On January 22, 1993, the Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation was signed between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Pridnestrovian Moldavan Republic. This document laid the necessary foundation for development and strengthening of bilateral cooperation between our countries.
The agreement has become a vivid reflection of the mutual desire of our peoples to develop mutual relations in various directions.
Abkhaz-Transnistrian interstate cooperation demonstrates a high level of mutual understanding, a desire to expand contacts at different levels and has a significant potential.
The existing dynamics of relations instills firm confidence in the need to build further mutually beneficial cooperation between our states. We are convinced that by joint efforts the agenda of the Abkhaz-Transnistrian interstate interaction will be actively implemented for the benefit of our countries and peoples.
