This treaty provides the creation of a common space for defense and security. There is no reason to panic, but we must be prepared for anything. Recent events in Nagorno-Karabakh have shown what a modern war can be. In our case, the issues of peace and war have not yet been removed from the agenda. Georgia has significant military potential, the budget of its Defense Ministry is about $ 270 million. These are impressive figures, and we worry about it. "

Referring to the national idea of ​​Abkhazia, Bzhania noted: “Our main national idea should be to preserve the state. Statehood is the only mechanism that can guarantee the preservation and development of our ethnos in the modern world ”.

The editor of the Alashara magazine, poet Anatoly Lagulaa, focused on overcoming the energy crisis and combating the coronavirus pandemic.

“The restoration and preservation of the energy sector of Abkhazia is the primary task of the state. It is necessary to solve this problem, defending the interests of the state. General Director of the Russian Drama Theater of F. Iskander Irakli Khintba appealed to the head of state with a request to consider the possibility of resuming the work of the theater.

“We are in dire need of this kind of meetings with the leadership of Abkhazia, because the sphere of culture is a very important sphere of influence on people and their worldview. I have a big request for you, Aslan Georgievich, to consider the possibility of resuming the work of cultural institutions in February this year. We are ready for any special regime. I will personally take responsibility for the enforcement of the restrictive measures. This will enable us to survive in difficult times."

President instructed Minister of Culture to work out proposals for the resumption of the activities of cultural institutions in the near future.

Gudisa Agrba noted that he shares the concern of the heads of cultural institutions. “In the near future we plan to hold an expanded meeting in the ministry. We would like to present you our opinion and ask you to take a decision on easing restrictive measures against cultural institutions. At the same time, we are ready to bear personal responsibility for operation mode of cultural objects”.

The meeting also raised the issue of separating the Committee on Language Policy from the Ministry of Education.
