The Abkhaz pavilion is presented at the state level and is the official platform for the presentation of tourism products and tourist routes of the republic, unique opportunities for recreation and travel in Abkhazia.
The consolidated pavilion is represented by the Ministry of Tourism, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, tour operators, hoteliers and tourist organizations of the republic, including the Abkhaz Tourism Union and the Hoteliers Guild.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry not only promotes our republic on the international tourism market having participated in this exhibition since 2017, but presents visitors with a full range of opportunities for the development of agro- and gastro-tourism in Abkhazia, as well as demonstrates alcoholic, food and printed products.
This year the exhibition hosted a screening of the new film "Abkhazia", created by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Earlier this film was presented on the official website of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in social networks, on the international TV channel UTV and the TV channel "Glazami turista".
Head of Rostourism Zarina Doguzova visited the Abkhaz pavilion on March 16. She not only talked with members of the delegation, but also tasted Abkhaz products.
The Moscow International Tourism Exhibition (MITT) is the largest tourism exhibition in Russia in the category "Tourism and Recreation" in all nominations of the All-Russian rating of exhibitions in 2018-19. It is an international business platform for countries, regions and travel companies from all over the world that present their products and services on the Russian market.
Exhibitors and visitors have the opportunity to meet with representatives of world travel associations, industry regulators, find new clients and partners, as well as learn about industry trends at unique events of the business program.
This year, Bulgaria, Turkey, Israel, Greece, Cuba, Nicaragua, Abkhazia, Maldives, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Catalonia, Montenegro and others are taking part in MITT - 2021.
The exhibition will end on March 18, 2021.
